As a Partner, she is conducting assignments mainly in the Automotive, Industrial, and Financial sectors. She handles assignment in Board Services (mainly Board assessments) and Executive Committees/Talent pool/ Succession planning assessment . She also assists Industry Associations in recruiting their senior officers.
Her territorial expertise covers France, Europe and Western Africa.
Her business knowledge includes the following positions : General Management, Sales & Marketing, Communication, Corporate support functions (Finance, HR, Legal), recently extended to Manufacturing and Operations.

He spent 17 years at Bouygues Group where he held various assignments as HR Manager of business units within the Construction Division. Appointed as Human Resources Development Director of Bouygues Construction in 2000, his main responsibility was recruitment and training for the whole Division.
He joined Bureau Veritas in 2004 as Group Resourcing and Career Management Director in charge of Executives’search and Leadership review.
As a Partner since 2008 with Leaders Trust International he brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience in the construction, property development, energy & utilities and B to B services. Olivier Carlander is a Member of the Executive Committee.
He is also involved in leadership consulting assessments.

He also spent two years as an Advisor to the French Prime Minister, before being appointed General Manager of the Paris Opera (1983-1989).
In 1989, he joined Publicis Group as General Manager of “Medias et Régies” branch (space and air selling and marketing).
He entered executive search in 1995 with Heidrick & Struggles as a Vice-President in Paris, served as Managing Partner of the firm for France, and was named a Vice Chairman in 2002.
Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours joined Leaders Trust International in September 2003 as a Partner. His executive practice encompasses a wide variety of engagements in general management (CEO, COO, CFO, Communications, HR) and Board directorships.
His main search experience sectors include industry, distribution, media, public services, insurance and trade organizations.
Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours also extends his ability to Executive Management Review, Executive Committees and Boards of Directors assessment services. Particularly, he handles a yearly survey on Corporate Governance trends in France, and is closely involved in the Institute of French Directors (IFA) taskforces and events.
Jean-Philippe Saint-Geours is a Member of the Executive Committee since October 2005.

Before joining Leaders Trust, Pierre-Yves has been a Managing Partner with an independent boutique Executive Search firm for 19 years.
Pierre-Yves started his career at the « Compagnie Bancaire » as a key account manager in Aix-en-Provence. He then joined their Paris headquarters as
a credit manager, and was later promoted to run the financial engineering department. In 1991 he integrated the real-estate department of the Caisse des
Dépots et Consignations to manage the business side of the corporate real-estate.
Since 1999, Pierre-Yves has regularly given lectures in prestigious universities and « grandes écoles » in France (MAI, ESSEC, Université Louis
Lumière-Lyon 2, Master 202 Dauphine) and is often involved in conferences and round tables.
In 2010, Pierre-Yves designed and developed an International Purchasing Masters Degree at the « Ecole Centrale de Paris ».

She started in 1988 with EDF, the leading French power company, as district manager and Demand Side Management project manager for the international markets. In 1992, Nathalie moved to GDF, as head of long term gas purchase from the North Sea. She has supported the company’s move to trading and short term marketing for more than 10 years, through several executive positions. While at GDF, she prepared the IPO and later its merger with Suez (now ENGIE) through the launch of the Corporate Risks practice and as International Strategy VP.
Since 2008 she uses her experience of complex situations and change management, collating analysis from corporate and operational level standpoints in order to support executive committees in their development for the infrastructure sector, large industry and public services.
She holds Master of Science degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and from Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (Paris). Nathalie is a certified Coach from IFOD and Alter&Coach. She is a member of Institut Français des Administrateurs, and non exec Director for a non-profit organization.
Nathalie is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Association and acts as a pro bono coach for job seekers.

He then spent three years in Washington DC as Alternate Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund’s Executive Board, before becoming the Economic Advisor of the French Prime Minister.
He acted as an Executive Committee member of the Banque de développement du Conseil de l’Europe before being appointed in 2009 Economic Advisor and, one year later, Directeur de Cabinet (Chief of Staff) of the Chairman of the French “Assemblée Nationale”.
In 2012, he joined the Executive Committee of ATOS, a global IT services company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange CAC 40, with more than 120.000 employees in 72 countries, and more than € 13 Bn of external revenue. He then became General Secretary of this group in February 2015, thus gaining a significant experience of corporate and operational ecosystem in the private sector, in particular in the areas of change management in complex environments and digital transformation.
Olivier joined Leaders Trust International in February 2019 as a Partner.
His executive search practice encompasses a wide variety of engagements in general management (CEO, COO, General Secretary, HR, CFO, Legal, Communication), Board directorship, Executive management Reviews and Mentoring, as well as Board of Directors’ and Executive Committees’ assessment services.
His main search experience sectors include public services, utilities, digital / high tech and finance / insurance. His international career allows him to strongly contribute to the international business development of AltoPartners Alliance.

Prior to joining Leaders Trust, Vincent spent seven years at Beaumont Group France where he was one of the co-founders and a member of their Technology Practice.
Previously, he held for nearly twenty years, various management positions in the field of technology consulting, telecommunications, integration and software, in contexts of major transformations dealing with go-to-market repositioning, post-acquisition strategy and
technological breakthroughs.
Vincent is a French national, he holds a Master 2 degree in Fluid Dynamics (specialty in Instabilities, Non-Linear Systems and Turbulence) from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Research Master from the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (Belgium).
He is also Hogan certified in the field of leadership assessment.
